You may need to do a 'Call now' in the Transmission Viewer for the delivery receipt to be received.

If you have QuickPrint 5, go to the File menu, and select 'Lookup', then enter the publication, and the publishers contact details will be displayed.
Call the publisher to find out why they have queried your ad.

In PageStore, select the 'Options' tick at the bottom right of the window. You can tick 'Hide jobs that have been "Sent"'.
Can I set PageStore to automatically connect?
PageStore has a timer for connections, this can be set up to send ready status jobs and retrieve delivery confirmations. Special>Transaction Timer Config.
Enter the amount of times you want to connect in a period and save.
I don’t have an Active job Viewer in PageStore?
If you close down your Active Job viewer you can open a new one File>New Active Job Viewer.
What is 1020 error in PageStore?
Do you have internet access on your computer now? To test this, go to an internet browser try to access a website. If you cant connect to the internet resolve this issue and try PageStore again.
If you can access the internet, do you have a proxy? Could these settings have been changed since PageStore was last successfully used? If so please contact Technical support for further advice.

Check that you have no spaces in the filename or characters that are not allowed e.g ?/*()@%. Restart your PageStore Server.
File does not appear to send in PageStore?
Check that the file is on 'ready' status. If not Highlight job Actions> Release Selection. Reconnect. Restart your PageStore Server.

Antivirus software and Spotlight may interfere with the operation of PageStore . It is recommended that you set up an exclusion/Privacy for the PageStore Workspace and Database.

Proofing a binary EPS to an LPR printer causes the printer to print garble?
The recommended workarounds are:
PC:HP a workaround for HP printers only. It is Tagged Binary Core Protocol (TBCP), a protocol that allows binary encoded PostScript print jobs to be sent to a device over a non-binary protocol communication channel. TBCP can be used to transform a communication channel that supports standard protocol (ASCII) into a communication channel that can transfer Binary encoded data. If your printer is set up with the correct printer driver supplied by HP, this is an option you can select in the printer properties.

Mac:a BINPS queue is needed for IP printing. To set up the BINPS queue on MacOS X, go through the normal printer setup and type BINPS into the Queue Name. (LPR/LPD is a Unix print system which OS X uses by default for IP printing.)
